Performed in a private luxury suite on the fourth floor of the spa building, the ritual is intended to offer guests a peaceful escape from the fast pace of the Athens metropolitan area.   ​At the center of the ritual is Lomi Lomi, a traditional Hawaiian massage style known for its flowing, rhythmic movements. Therapists use long forearm strokes that glide continuously across the body, creating a wave-like sensation that promotes both muscular relaxation and emotional calm. Unlike techniques that focus on isolated muscle areas, Lomi Lomi works on the body as a whole, encouraging harmony and energy flow while helping the nervous system slow down. The ritual is enhanced through candle aromatherapy massage. Special massage candles melt into warm aromatic oils that are gently poured onto the skin. The warmth relaxes muscles while the aromatic fragrances stimulate the senses, helping activate the body’s parasympathetic response associated with calm and recovery.
