Black Friday Campaign Rules for Services at Nuad Thai Massage Athens & Spa Center During the Discount Period of 28 – 30 November 2024 (29/11/2024 00:00)

Duration and Campaign Period

The promotional period for the sale of Nuad Thai Massage services is from November 28, 2024, to November 30, 2024 (29/11/2024 00:00) and will take place on the website https://www.nuadthaimassage.gr/ and at the reception of the Nuad Thai Massage Athens at 5, Kornarou st, Athens

The campaign period may be subject to changes due to exceptional circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

Campaign Mechanism

The promotional period is called “Black Friday.”

Discounts of 50% will apply to the services included in the campaign. Offers during the campaign cannot be combined with other existing discounts or promotions.

The promotional campaign is divided into two distinct periods:

•Introduction Period: November 27, 2024, during which customers will be informed about the official campaign shopping period.

•Shopping Period: November 28, 2024 – November 30, 2024, (29/11/2024 00:00) during which participants can fully take advantage of the attractive offers available during the campaign.

Discounts applied to promotional products: 50% off on all services listed in the website https://www.nuadthaimassage.gr/

 Gift Cards: 50% off the standard rate for promotional gift cards, available in the Gift Cards section.

Eligibility

The offer applies only to purchases made during the specified period. Purchases are defined as the acquisition of a product via the website http://www.nuadthaimassage.gr at the reception of the center, with full payment made.

Requests that fall outside this time frame will not be considered. Nuad Thai Massage cannot be held responsible for incomplete or failed payments due to the buyer’s fault, the online payment operator, or the issuer of the payment instrument. Kindly note that all bookings have to by fully paid online.  Any unpaid bookings during that time, will be removed or cancelled

 

Purchase Process

•Purchases can be made online at https://www.nuadthaimassage.gr/ or at the reception of Nuad Thai Massage Spa at 5, Kornarou street Athens

•Payment can be made by depositing the exact amount of money in cash, by credit card, or via PayPal

•Generally, the invoice for sold/delivered products will be sent electronically via email. Due to webmail filters (Yahoo, Gmail, etc.), our response may end up in your SPAM or JUNK folder. Validity of Promotional  Services

•Services are valid for 12 months from their activation date.

•Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, requiring advance booking. Due to high demand, bookings, especially for Sundays, must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

 

Right of Withdrawal

•Buyers have the right to notify the Nuad Thai Massage Spa in writing about their withdrawal from the purchase within 14 business days from the payment date, without penalties.

•After the 14-day period from the payment date or the contract’s effective date, clients can no longer unilaterally terminate the purchased service.

 

Purchase Methods

•Gift Cards can be purchased at the reception of Nuad Thai Massage Spa or online at https://www.nuadthaimassage.gr/.

•Payment can be made in cash, by bank card, or via a secure payment link.

•Gift Cards will be issued after payment confirmation and will be sent electronically or picked up at the reception.

Final Provisions

•Black Friday offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

•The Nuad Thai Massage Spa reserves the right to modify the campaign rules at any time without prior notice.

•By purchasing products during the Black Friday Campaign, customers declare that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and the specific rules for each product or service.

 

Changes / Cancellations

Should you wish to change your prior booking, an additional fee of 5€ will be applied.  The same fee will apply every time you make a date or time change.  You are eligible for 3 changes altogether within the allotted period given.

All bookings made during the Black Friday campaign are non – refundable.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person, other than the person written on the booking’s details

For Gift Cards, please write in the Comments Section of the Booking, the word GIFTCARD, as well the full details of the recipient. (name, surname, email, mobile number, country code)

Exclusions

From the Black Friday Campaign are excluded all the 30minute, 45minute, 90minute, 120minute and 150minute Massage Services, the Signature Treatments and the Couples Massages.
